Frequently Asked Questions

You can be functioning on the outside and still feel exhausted on the inside. Maybe you're keeping up with work, managing your household, remembering everyone's appointments, and showing up for the people you love, but there's very little room left for you.
You don't have to reach a breaking point before you deserve support. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, understand what you're carrying, and explore what needs to change so that life feels more manageable.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you're used to being the person who holds everything together. You don't need to arrive with a clear explanation of what's wrong or a list of goals.
Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another, talk about what's bringing you to therapy, and begin identifying what you'd like support with. You'll have space to ask questions, share what feels comfortable, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

I offer virtual therapy, for clients who are looking for support with mental load, stress, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. I'll share information about availability, location requirements, and how sessions work during a free consultation so you can determine whether the service is a good fit for you.
Virtual therapy allows for a safe, confidential, convenient and comfortable space for therapy.

Sessions are 50 minutes and cost $150 for individual sessions and $190 for couples sessions. Payment can be made by e-transfer and a receipt will be provided to submit to insurance.
If you plan to use insurance benefits, I recommend checking directly with your provider to understand your coverage and any requirements for reimbursement.

Feeling comfortable with your therapist matters. You may want someone who understands your concerns, respects your values, and offers an approach that fits your needs. I encourage you to learn about my background, areas of focus, and how I work with clients. If you have questions about whether my experience aligns with what you're looking for, please reach out. We can discuss whether working together may be a good fit.
